Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Religious Yatra, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our goal is to provide a flexible and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our customers. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for religious tours and yatras booked through our website.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations Made 30 Days Before the Departure Date: Full refund of the booking amount minus a small processing fee.

Cancellations Made Between 15 to 30 Days Before the Departure Date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Departure Date: No refund will be provided as the booking will be considered non-refundable.

Last-Minute Cancellations: Bookings canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Religious Yatra

In case we need to cancel a yatra or pilgrimage due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or safety concerns:

Customers will be offered a full refund of the booking amount.

Alternatively, customers may choose to reschedule their trip to a later date without any additional charges.

3. No Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up on the day of the scheduled yatra without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

5. Modifications to the Booking

Date Changes: If you wish to modify your booking dates, requests made at least 15 days before the departure will be accommodated based on availability, with no additional charges.

Changes Made Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: Modifications may be subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Group Bookings and Special Packages

Group bookings and special packages may have different cancellation and refund policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

Please review the terms carefully before confirming group or custom package bookings.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances

Religious Yatra is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events outside our control, such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or refunds at our discretion.
