Booking and Payment
All bookings need to be made through our website or customer service.
A full amount as payable needs to be paid at the time of the booking itself to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations should be in writing to our customer service representatives, and refunds will be upon the terms of Cancellation Policy below.
Refunds are dependent on our cancellation policy, which is as below and depends on the time of cancellation.
There shall be no refund in case the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Itinerary Changes
