Day 1 – Arrival at Srinagar
Reaching Srinagar, the enchanting capital of Kashmir. Check in at your hotel and later go for a Shikara ride on the tranquil Dal Lake surrounded by beautiful viewpoints and floating flower gardens. In the evening stroll around town to explore local markets and try out traditional Kashmiri meals.
Day 2 – Srinagar Tour
Visit the Mughal gardens in Srinagar, including Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh; they are one among others that are impressive. Before returning to the hotel prepare yourself for the journey to Vaishno Devi that will be taken later.
Day 3 – Vaishno Devi Yatra
Get to Katra which is the town that serves as a base for Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. From here you can start the trek towards a sacred place i.e., Holy Vaishno Devi Temple located in the Trikuta Mountains. It is like entering into a divine environment as you chant Mantras at the holy cave shrine. In the evening return back to Katra and relax after this spiritual journey.
Day 4 – Back to Srinagar
After a fruitful darshan at Vaishno Devi, return to Srinagar. Spend your last day in this magnificent city with whatever sightseeing or shopping remain. Explore local attractions or just unwind at Dal Lake before getting ready to leave.
Day 5 – Going Away
End your divine vacation in Kashmir and Vaishno Devi with an ultimate morning meal in Srinagar. Check out of your inn and depart from here with fond memories of holy places and stunning vistas of Kashmir.
