Booking and Confirmation
All the bookings for travelling to Kashmir & Amarnath Ji Yatra must be made through the Religious Yatra site only.
The clients will be required to pay for the services by cash, check, or credit card to secure the booking and a booking confirmation will be made through the client’s email once the payment is made and the booking is finalized.
Payment Policy
A deposit is needed at the time of reservation for you to be booked in the tour.
You can make payment through the facilities available to on the payment option on the payment page.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Depending on the tour date, cancellations made fifteen (15) days before the date will be fully refunded after deducing administrative charges.
Failure to honor a scheduled tour on your reserved date will attract reduced cancellation fees of partial fares or no refund at all especially if done within two weeks to the actual date of the tour.
Itinerary Changes
Religious Yatra also holds the rights to modify or change the route due to some constrains like; weather aspects, travel limitation or any other condition which is beyond our control.
This will have to be done with participants’ prior knowledge in case any changes are to be made pertaining to the above findings.
Health and Safety
Contre surfaces mean, it must be healthy to be a participant in the yatra. Participants should seek the opinion of a doctor prior to their involvement though, ideally.
Religious Yatra does not take responsibility of any health complications or any mishap during the course of the tour. This means that each and every person that participates in the running of the company is solely responsible for his/her health and safety.
Accommodation and Transport
Standard accommodational facilities will be used in according to the opted tour package among the tourists. This means that modifications or enhancements of the accommodations may be asked by a guest, yet they cannot come without getting on demand and perhaps, incurring more costs.
As per the scheduled tour plan, the arrangements for the transport will also be made. Additional accommodation or any deviations or additional transport costs bear the participant’s individual responsibility.
Permits and Documentation
It is participant’s own responsibility to arrange the necessary traveling documents as well as the health documents required for the yatra to Amarnath Ji.
